Aly Feye, MPA, is the Manager of Operations for Peg’s Foundation Clear Pathways Initiative at Peg’s Foundation. In this role, she provides program management and coordination support on Clear Pathways programs focused on statewide field building.

Prior to joining Peg’s Foundation, Aly spent over six years at Policy Research Associates, Inc. (PRA), most recently as a Project Associate with SAMHSA’s GAINS Center for Behavioral Health and Justice Transformation. In this position, Aly provided project management and support on various projects related to the intersection of behavioral health and criminal justice. Her most recent role involved leading the coordination of a multi-state policy academy on 988-911 coordination.

Aly’s earlier work at PRA focused on policy and practice reforms for improving outcomes for youth with behavioral health needs who were involved in or at risk of becoming involved in the justice system. Her work included leading the development of a national network of juvenile justice workforce trainers, coordination and facilitation of technical assistance and training, product development, and writing for a broad range of audiences.

Aly also serves as the Director of Operations at The College for Behavioral Health Leadership. She received her Master’s in Public Administration from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Siena College.
