Rob Jackson, MPA, consults with Peg’s Foundation and brings significant expertise to the Clear Pathways initiative. He has an extensive background in public safety service, spanning 39 years. His experience includes 20 years in the volunteer firefighter & EMS service; 25 years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, where he retired as a captain in charge of technology and communication services; and eight years as a Deputy Director in the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, with a role as the state 9-1-1 administrator for the State of Ohio.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Specialized Studies from Ohio University, a Master of Public Administration from Marist College, and is currently in the finishing stages of a PhD in Public Administration at Liberty University. Additionally, he graduated from Northwestern University, Center for Public Safety, School of Police Staff and Command, and attended the United States Army War College Strategic Leadership Seminar.
