- Draft AMC Definition and Scope of Services – Clarifies what AMC services mean within the context of this demonstration project.
- Draft AMC APM Demonstration Core Measures – Proposed measures to be tracked during the demonstration, color‑coded by anticipated data source (e.g., providers, plans, boards).
- Draft Year 1 AMC APM Demonstration Overview – Summary of planned activities during the first year of the demonstration.
